itry to unlock x10I i have alwys this error

GETTING ROOT ACCESS ...
can't get ROOT rights
Unlock FAILED
Elapsed: 124 secs.

i instal adb driver from pc companion from sonyericsson
i dsactiveted the firwell an antivirus but still same error
pleeeeease help me
