ple try this

Use any 2G simcard and turn-on the phone:

1) #4960*xxxxxxxx# + Send

2)*4960*xxxxxxxx*xxxxxxxx# + Send

3) Turn-off the phone and turn-on again!

xxxxxxxx = any numbers !
