I proceeded with update attempts while Upgrade server status was Online, as many times I reported this problem - every time my posts get deleted by mods of their section - either GSM-MUNA or Odia himself, I dont know who and why, and it seems they dont want to explain either but now after blocking my box it aint funny anymore | Yes I agree with you About deleting without informing
when you see HWK Update server is ONLINE in Forum that means not 100% sure . as i say on above post.
About HID not showing :- TRY this , open Box & reinstall HWK Module & just connect with Update Client & read & See what happening
