IMO motherboard can stay for 3 HD5850; cards can be placed with distance.
But PSU for sure is weak. I recommend 1200W PSU.
Watercooling would be best..... and silent.
Without watercooling - open cover with additionad big home fun directed to computer to obtain low temperature as it is possible. (fun should be placed to push fresh cold air to cards.)

Ofcourse >Moulnisky< is right about cards. 5970 or 6990 would be better choice for future expansion.
