You can not go to the DL mode on the phone with locked pattern or account.
You have to do it with special cable made as here described:
[HOWTO] [REF] Get Download Mode without 3-button combo using homemade JIG - xda-developers
Then flash wit Odin flasher. Your phone will be unlocked then.
