I have been seeing in other Forums that this is a common problem with the 105/715 and 710 models. Normally caused by inputting the OLD unlock codes in more than 4 times.

What I can gather is:

This fault will NOT be rectified with flashing(At least it does not work with 71* series) Somehow the fault is not FW embedded it seems it affects eprom.

Normally after a flash you do not need to change IMEI no. But if you Modify the FW with Janukas Firmware browser then flash it, this tends to alter your IMEI no.s
