dear mx/hti team.
or somebody ,,help me please....

since doing upgrade and shyncronize(3.5 rev 1.3) from old dongle to new HTI ,my computer cannot connect with all blackberry devices...so i cannot unlock BB. its seems ok before by using mx dongle(old green version),but not with HTI.
chronology:
first , my computer recognized the device ,it shown the type & pin blackberry as detected as usually ,then i select that type to process...,but when i klik connect button , the type & pin blackberry that shown before,was disappeared...many times i try restart to the first process but no luck.....it always happened.
anybody having problem like me ? did the problem solved...???
