Almost all locked flash files are marked with the word "locked" in the end of the filename.
In order to check full name of the file move mouse at the file and filename will be highlighted.
Also, you can use "Reset subsidy code before flash" option. This SCout feature resets subsidy code from the flash file (in case if the file is locked) before flashing it onto the set.
