me solved the problem just now,,,,
1, connect the phone(G Five G350) via uni pcb to avator box.
2, connect the red wire to the center point of the battery connector.
3, connect the black wire tothe 1st point of the battery connector.
4, press the start button on avator box and press hold power button on phone
5, Initializing...

It is sensing the pinout fast,please hold on the phone Power key
RXD=16 TXD=8
Connecting...Please hold on the POWER key until the red gauge is going...
Any errors please select another boot and try again.
6, then please disconnect the black wire and reconnect it sudden
now we will see the avator box was formatting the GFive G350
