i have received iphone 3gs in phone disable
upgrade to 4.1 original baseband 6.15
after jailbreak and unlock phone working fine
but after 5 or 10 minutes phone automatic goes in dfu mode
and when you power off phone normely phone too goes in dfu mode
and then i tethered again its alive and works fine
please somebody advice me what to do to work phone normal ????

but after jailbreak 4.3.3 set is still in dfu mode
and when try to restore it gives 3194 error
please somebody help me to bring my phone out from DFU
