its true that mx... and hxcdongle use same smartcard reader .......
i need some info from your to able to solve your problem
1st of all download hxc serial number reader 2.0
then install correct drivers , if you already install then leave it
then do register your self on hxcdongle.com
then download latest software ver
then disconnect all other devices and reboot pc and plug hxcdongle only and run hxcdongle software
and let me know the results
also please don't forget to post screen shot after you try this......
what ever the results please post it with details , i am very happy to help you
also i can check your system with teamviewer if needed
