i've a transistor regulation circuit but we can't use on mobile pcb cause a tight area...
So plz use Big nokia UEM Resitor near by 1100UEM, 1200-08 1650 UEM, etc and a single diode in series...in this case Resistor work as regulator and load Resistor....
( this's a not 100% regulator alternate but some thing is batter then nothing)
