1) I guess your phone is dead because of problem with hybride in it which controls receiving and transmission. Try this : if the pins that go on battery from the back side of phone are in the shortcut, then this is the problem for sure. If not, then something else...
2)Eeprom in T28 is 24c256 and you don't have to put another .bin in it, you won't get anything. I think you have an hardware problem here.
