i think this bug made it if melody not loaded, just phone access to MMC and melody not load, i tryto fix this bug, or use phone after few minutes after powered on

is normal melody loaded only if you have incoming call, if no incoming call or you use you fone memory used not by melody and if you try to hear it you hear beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
