If once C3050 was erased and then rebuilded-Fullflash,OTP and IMEI repair,how can I repair Bluetooth ID,MSL zone and so on?How to get them?

(The main problem is that after flashing with original optiflasher for language change,the thick "Erase all unused regions" was thicked (****) and so the set lost network,and now it just can't be repaired...It's like this set have never have a network at all

)
