Hello. an iPhone 3G with the follows:
Version: 4.2.1
Carrier: Carrier 9.0
Model: MB489T
serial number : 87931YHKY7H
imei: 01193700608090
Modem Firmware 06.15.00

I got full signal but when i am trying to make a call the message "Call Failed" apperas immediatly. There is any posibility to be somekind of blacklisted? And if, there is any solution to resolve that matter?
