I have purchased new HXC PRO TOOL RED and problem.

I am using window 7 and installed PRO TOOL RED driver. But when i run pro tool software v3.12, I got message cable not found , smardcard init error.
HXC TEAM Please help me.
also my pro tool is supplied without any sdcard.
Can I use any sdcard or I have to buy one from HXC Porducts?
