In meanwhile as I posted to forum I found also that pinout and it was so easily to make it, but thanks to you also.
I have made that JIG so easily using 3 resistors x 100 K and put the I9003 to download mode and removed Pattern Lock so easily, by flashing phone. Just put 300 K resistors to pin 4 and 5 of a charger or USB cable and it will work like a charm...
