Thx SPT team, just follow the faq.
1- do flash with your fone with spt flashfile with reset msl code.
2- again flash with your fone without reset mslcode.
3- after swith on ur fone dial *#782872# just fill org imei & tick imei repair & unlock both.
then just click factory mode, voala ur fone is unlock now
