if change the proxy sensor flex does not help, please check this : After a digitizer change, there sometimes can get a small amount of light out from the display, that trigger the proxy sensor, so it can't see when it is near a face. Solution is to us black tape around the proxy sensor, between the frame and digitizer. This problem is seem much more on iPhone 4 - and not on 4S (they have this fix from factory). |
