Can you get TEST MODE on the phone and Scan Phone?
1. Buscheck Phone to get TEST MODE
2. Go to FORMAT FS Tab and FORMAT all detected DRIVES
Post Scan Phone Logs if phone is going into test/local mode.
Your FLashing logs also shows some problems...
1. The File sequence is wrong,,, as Mass Memory should be flashed LAST
This file: Miley_MC011_SD_2G_1.2.fpsx...
So when you got the error,,, that means ROFS2 and UDA was not flashed at all to
the phone...
Solution: Download again the flash files and make sure you include the VPL file...
or
Make sure when you manual load the flash files that you put the MASS MEMORY FILE
last! and that you have a 2GB SD Card inserted to the SD Card Slot of the phone...

Easiest Solution: Do not flash
This file: Miley_MC011_SD_2G_1.2.fpsx...
Only flash the other 4 files which you already have...
