Yup,, same problem as those E52s....
250 degrees Celsius rework + 2.5 centimeters distance from the stacked rapu/onenand in a circular motion and 2.5 minutes should do the trick...
However, customer might come back after 2.5 days with the same problem.
Sometimes I put 325 degrees Celsius and 3.25 minutes if problem persists
