Thank you Mr. Elco for your effort but i got it solved, it was a wrong resistor value, i tried with 530k (wich i usually use to unlock C3300, etc.) but didn't work, but then i tried with 130k resistor and violá! phone unlock in less than 2 seconds!.
So, by personal expirience i tell you all users if you can't unlock android phones with the conventional 530k resistor, then try with 130k (in my case) or higher values.
Problem solved.
