Hi there Friends, i have a problem with red box.

My reseller hasn't gave me the name and password for the official Red Box user area web page.

I need an UPD file and a Key file to upload my box.

I'm looking for someone who can give me access or, at least can download the files i need and then email me those files.

My resseler is not answering me and i'm desesperate.

Can you please help me in this problem?

Also, the new Redbox red icons, are not working. Don't know what to do, if someone can help me with some details, that would be much apreciated.
