so in the short i gave one imei to Chiragp for Unlock iphone4. phone was not active . many of other asked me to active it but Chiragp said no need to do any thing else i can do every thing. after 6 hours he said check your iphone i unlocked.
when i checked it's really unlocked. Good service from him. even i did not paid him yet
