According to the screenshots you've posted, IMEI of the set has been patched/changed, due to this reason unlock codes can differ. SmartMoto is reading unlock codes according to the original IMEI number. This issue will be deeply analyzed by developers team and resolved in the future update. Currently we suggest to use Direct Unlock solution for the patched phones.
