Hello Guys! I have a new sigmakey box, today is the first use, the update the box and card is ready! But i cant create com port for unlock an MB525 and A956?

I try conect the phone in Qualcom opcion in the sw.

How i can conect the phones for correct unlock with sigmakey box?

I need you help please..
