Hold the End and Send button lightly at the same time press Soft-Reset button with slylus and you will get hard reset menu. Just press call key and its done.. |

Thank you a million times, you post save my phone from getting into the trash can. I was dying on how to hard reset it with out going into the GUI, because one of the theme i installed damage my system which cause the GUI unusable. Worst thing is the last time its working the USB mode was set to Mass Storage making it imppossible for me to flash the ROM again unless i can switch it back to active sync. So i need to find a way to hard reset it and your post work just like a magic, because after the reset everything was restored to the original default configuration of the custom rom, so i dont have to flash is again. Thanks again.
