i am new user cyclone box
i many set flash but where is download flash file in cyclone box i am going to pres suport aria click usa server and i click authentic server
but server responce is this

Authenthication error -> Failed to obtain Support Ticket
i click Germany server and pres authentic server
this show not show flash file
