Well it seems:
1. maybe you can try to connect as different boot version.
2. maybe you are trying to connect a dead set and has hardware problems.
3. maybe the correct cpu is not selected.
Please provide full information next time so tht we can try help you out of the problem. phone details, problem in phone, which cpu, etc.
