dude first u have to install "desktop manager" after that download blackberry 9000 flash file u will get this flash file given link below

after file downloaded just double click on downloaded file then install this file
after that go to:C/program file/common file/research in motion/apploader/
in that folder u will get vendor.xml just delete this file
then just double click on "loader" then connect ur phone and wait for drivers install just click next,next.next.next.finish thats all
