[motov8v9]

Hey guys, i tried some of the remedies to get this moto v9 out of invalid battery mode, it just wont go away.
im not able to charge the phone at all, would it be a good idea to flash the phone with a newer firmware? will that fix it?
help is always appreciated.

P.S im new here, since i own many v8 and v9 phones i thought it be cool to see whats going on in here,
so far i like it, great place to get help, advise, meet people.
