Hi guys,

Got the BB from my Ex, who got it from one of her friends in Canada, and when I try to use it as a modem, I get the following error:

Failed to start Mobile Internet
The remote computer did not respond.
Please check your profile settings and make sure your radio is turned
on. This service might also have been turned off by your wireless
service provider or your administrator.

I have tried to get in touch with Verizon, but the pin has been de-registered at Verizon and cannot contact them. (using phone in South Africa)

Cannot remember which program I used but it says : Eltron4 UOOS radio code linked.

The phone has been unlocked.

Any/all comments would be greatly appreciated on how to proceed to get the radio turned on.

Pin number can be supplied.
