i have an ipod touch 3G 8 GB (so basically 2G) one is stuck on charging screen, the other is having no touch screen (logic board problem not the digitizer)

also i have an ipod touch 4G with the camera shutter wont open (not a camera problem)

i know ipod touches are fragile in a weird way. what do i need to look at? all the logic boards appear to be fine, nothing out of the ordinary. ive done hard resets and restores on all with no results. iver replaces digitizers, cameras, and batterys and got no results. and again ive taken a close look at the logic boards but none seem to show any signs of damage.
