1. need to root the phone
2. select s5830i
3. click direct unlock.... DONE
if LGtool cant find your device
right click on my computer --- properties --- Device manager --- all the way down, double click on Universal serial Bus controllers, right click on Samsung Mobile USB Composite Device and select uninstall and check the "delete the driver software for this device" ---- after that unplug your phone and plug in again wait till driver installed complete then try to unlock it again, it worked for me.
