You Backup RPL which not contains Simlock Data,
If you Backup Simlock or Full PM, restoring can fix it,
But Purchasing Factory RPL, Provider will provide you RPL File containing all necessary Certificates along with Simlock Data,
Now you must be clear about what you done & how to fix it now.
