how do i solve this problem? i tried to flash nokia 6600 but i encountered this problem.

Flash configuration:
9B0400FEFF81D90000EFFE02FEFF81D9...
Failed to find FIA file in 'D:\Program Files\NOKIA\Phoenix\flash\
In 995134573f the cases this is caused by corrupt FLASH folder.
Fully DELETE the contents of the Flash folder,
and then Install the latest FIA package!
Error[78878778]

please help me.
