Hello dear team I heve tried to unlock this phone (e300) by new version v9.5 bat it geve me this error

Now connect phone to PC

Injecting Loader..
Reconnecting phone, this can take few second..

Loader started ok.
Reading Phone Info, please wait..
Error Reading(02)

or this error Injecting Loader..
Wrong ask from phone!

for FAST BOOT Press "Vol -" + "Menu" and Power buttons this metod not warkink I have tride
Press "Vol -" + "end call" and Power buttons.this metod.

help me please.
