You have boot-loader "UNLOCKED". In order to flash stock RUU, you MUST make it first "RELOCKED".
In "UNLOCKED" state, you can put in phone custom recovery, and after custom rom via SD card.
But for stock - you MUST make it first RELOCKED - how to do - check on google. Its easy.
About S-OFF - there is no way, only JTAG solution is available for S-OFF Explorer.
