Follow these steps:
Note: This will remove ALL user data from the phone!!

Attach to the P900 normally and click Flash AVR. Flash this file:
Flash AVR with P900_Phone_CXC162022_040322_2215_R3D011.AVR.flp

Attach to the PDA part of the phone.
Click "Flash ARM" and flash:
P900_Bluetooth_CXC12529_R5D.ARM.flp
This will upgrade the Bluetooth to the latest version.

Click "Flash PDA" and flash:
P900_Symbian_CXC162021_040506_0933_R5B02.PDA.flp
P900_(lang)_CDA1620038img_040407_1326_R5A07.PDA.flp
P900_(lang)_CDA1620038bin_040407_1321_R5A07.PDA.flp

Where it says "lang" pick the language pack that you want the phone to have.

Once you have done this, you will have a factory default unbranded phone.
