Many users are facing problems ,do not know how to use eagle eye ,here are easy hints to use this option by volcano team.
1-1st of all connect your phone to volcano box and search pinouts ,by auto or manual.
2-
Open eagle eye and click on collect .
See below the pics result of phones.
This result is Dead phone with out press power key.
Dead phone on press power key. 
Alive phone without press power key. 
Alive phone showing this result on pressing power key.
