MY Green HTI box damaged and It could not be fixed.

Now I bought a HTI Orange Box with a new Smart Card.

I registerd my new orange box to the same email address that my green box had.

But the HTI credits that had when i use HTI Green box dose not come to the new Orange Box even i use same email to register both boxes.

After that I put my Green Box smart card to the Orange box and try.
Because my Green HTI care is not live anymore.

But there is no way to solve this matter

I confused. I cant imagine that how really this accounts work.

Please explain me how could I get my HTI cradits that had when using the old Green Box, to my new orange HTI Box.

Mr. MANOLE help me in this matter.
