GPG Dragon can read any SC6820/8810 full flash files. The only one at this moment. But, you can't succesfully write it back.
Buy a GPG Dragon box,
Download a hex editor,
install Cygwin,
download Spreadtrum's ResearchDownload and some 6820/8810 .pac files
and you can do everything with SPD Android phones.
Of course, you need some additional studies to use these tools together efficiently.
