I've contacted vygis support to ask about it and they said me to send them the .bif file in order to decrypt it, but, when i sent them the file they answered me:
"Sorry for late response-actually file is not crypted-it is plain binary file.How to extract sms,videos I don't know-is needed to seek internet
for this."
what have i to do?
