I have contacted you to ask if this unlock is 100% guaranteed, and you say me that "Yes, is 100% guaranteed".
On 2013/06/01 you say me that "should be done monday, if not i will make sure next day done"
On 2013/06/05, after 7 days, my phone is still locked.
