Use Latest Mxkey v3.5 Rev2.6

Steps to follow:

- Add Mxkey Folder to Exception list of Antivirus
- Uninstall Mxkey & Delete Mxkey Folder manually
- Install Latest Version
- Sign Application
- Update HTI Box
- Synchronize File
