Transplanting a Nokia X6 Flash NAND to another body ??

Hi there !

I have a problem with a Nokia X6, completely dead after being dropped on the floor. I have tried to repair it, but the only thing that worked after the repair is that now the battery is charging (before not).
I don't know why it doesn't start up, it looks like some inside traces are damaged and don't get voltage where it need.

The most important thing for the owner of the phone, is to restore the data inside the nand (contacts, messages, images, etc..)

Now i am thinking at two possibilities :

1. Find a tool to dump the memory
2. Desolder the memory chip and soldering it to a working X6

I haven't found a tool to do this job until now... but for the 2nd idea... does anyone know if it can work ? Or the phone will refuse the new memory because of the encryption ?

thanks for help
