I have a problem with cyclone box:

Blackberry Tool Launched, Engine Revision: 1.0.1.923
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
Acquiring MEP Database from Box...
274 MEPS Loaded OK
Failed to Acquire MEP Database -> XGold/Blackberry Service is Running, but CALCULATION COUNTER is 0. UPGRADE YOUR BOX AGAIN TO CONTINUE USING SERVICE.

Box Serial Number: C0001F58

box wizard can't do this
