See ur log! You choose s5600 for s6500 models!!!! S5600 is not Android!!

For s6500, connect in usb and click unlock.

For s5600:Put in qualcomm mode by type *#782872# . Install qualcomm driver. 2 news com port in z3x is present. Choose one and unlock. If not work choose other qualcomm port.
For return to samsung usb mode (not qualcomm mode) type *#726872#.
