Hi, is there some who can tell me what wrong with the cable i bought.

I follow the intructions posted on video ..GPGindustries presents Chinese Android mobiles Boot cable - YouTube

But I always get the error

is there any special usb driver for this cable.....
This is the only first time i encounter a problem with GPG cable, I hope you can help me with this matter....
